Synthesis Reaction:
When something new is man made, we say we have synthesised. However for the sake of a simplified definition of synthesis reaction according to the Ontario curriculum text books. A synthesis reaction is one in which the reactants are always elements. example formation of sulphur-dioxide from sulphur and oxygen.
